Shipping & Handling
At this time, we can only accept orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (including APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories). Priority Shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. Territories.

2nd Day Service
Delivery within 2-3 business days from the order’s approval. 2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery within 1 business day from the order’s approval. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays). Orders being shipped and APO/FPO addresses must be sent via standard shipping method. Shipping & Handling Costs
In order to make sure you receive your order in perfect condition, a lot of effort must go into custom packaging and shipping. Our shipping rates include cost of parcel, custom packaging materials and labor. Please note, shipping rates are calculated using pre-tax amounts prior to any discounts. For Standard Delivery, we ship via ground service unless you indicate otherwise. Please note that for some of our larger items, we will not be able to apply free shipping due to the weight and size of some of the product. An item is excluded from free shipping if it is noted in the product description. See US shipping guidelines for all other products below (rates are subject to change based on postage rates).

A final proof will be sent for your authorization prior to printing to ensure the accuracy of the type and graphics. Once the authorization form is sent back, your order will be processed and inspected for accuracy, then shipped. The Tea Can Company does not accept returns on personalized items. However, if your order contains any discrepancies due to an error on behalf of The Tea Can Company, we will accept full responsibility and any unopened product may be exchanged. We want you to be happy and will replace an item with another selection, or, issue a gift card.
