Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days, in the event of an unexpected delay, you will be notified promptly.

Shipping & Handling

We can only accept orders billed and shipped to locations in the United States, including APO/FPO and U.S. Territories. Priority shipping methods, such as overnight or 2nd-day service, are unavailable for certain areas in Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories.

Standard Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping applies to U.S. domestic orders over $75. The order must total $75 or more before tax and shipping (Gift Baskets and large packages are excluded). The free shipping offer applies only to the standard shipping option.

Please Note

If the customer provides an invalid address and the order is returned to The Tea Can Company, we will email the customer to inform them. The customer should contact us at 215-766-2746 to arrange the correct address and pay for shipping and handling costs.

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays). Orders being shipped and APO/FPO addresses must be sent via standard shipping method. In order to make sure you receive your order in perfect condition, a lot of effort must go into custom packaging and shipping. For Standard Delivery, we ship via standard shipping service unless you indicate otherwise. Please note that Gift Baskets and larger packages, we will not be able to apply free shipping due to the weight and size of some of the product. (Rates are subject to change based on postage rates).

Return Policy

The Tea Can Company wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we would like the opportunity to correct it. We can replace it with the same product or another selection. Please email us at info@TheTeaCanCompany.com or call us at 215-766-2746.

All items must be returned in their original materials and packing.

You are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable.

For unopened tea, contact us within 5 days of purchase to initiate a return. We will send you a return shipping label to return the product You will be responsible for packaging the product back up in the manner in wich it was received . Once we receive the unused product, we will initiate a replacement or a refund for the product cost minus the return shipping and handling costs.

Opened Teas are non-returnable.
