Shipping
We realize that you may need your order quickly. Below is a typical gauge that will help decide how you would like your order shipped. Because each order is unique, we will get it to you as fast as you need it. Shipping costs vary.

Fast Turnaround: Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of approval. In the event of an unexpected delay, you will be notified promptly.

Shipping & Handling: At this time, we can only accept orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (including APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories). Priority Shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. Territories.

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days from the order's shipping date.

2nd Day Service: Delivery within 2-3 business days from the order's approval. 2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Overnight Service: Delivery within 1 business day from the order's approval. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Please Note: Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays). Orders being shipped and APO/FPO addresses must be sent via standard shipping method. Shipping & Handling Costs 
In order to make sure you receive your order in perfect condition, a lot of effort must go into custom packaging and shipping. Our shipping rates include cost of parcel, custom packaging materials and labor. Please note, shipping rates are calculated using pre-tax amounts prior to any discounts. For Standard Delivery, we ship via ground service unless you indicate otherwise. See rates for US shipping below. (Rates subject to change based on postage rates.)

Return Policy
The Tea Can Company wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. We guarantee our products for quality and freshness. A final proof will be sent for your authorization prior to printing to ensure accuracy on type and graphics. Once the authorization form is sent back, your order will be processed and inspected for accuracy, then shipped. The Tea Can Company does not accept returns on personalized items. However, if your order contains any discrepancies due to an error on behalf of The Tea Can Company, we will accept full responsibility and any unopened product may be exchanged. We want you to be happy and will replace an item with another selection, or, issue a gift card.
