ART GUIDELINES
For best results please follow our guidelines.
File Format
We only accept the native files from InDesign and Illustrator. This is to ensure your designs are printed with the highest standards. Please collect all art/photos within the document and provide fonts. Send files to info@TheTeaCanCompany.com or upload them through our order form. Our artists reserve the right to manipulate your artwork or advise you on best practices to make your branding the best it can be. We do our best to match your artwork. Colors, fonts and images may not always match your files exactly due to the various steps of printing and processing.
File Size
The maximum acceptable combined file size for all uploads is 50MB (megabytes).
Resolution
All file formats must have a minimum of 300 dpi (dots per inch) resolution. The images designed for the web are done at a low screen resolution of 72 dpi. Print images need to be created at 300 dpi or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality.
Final Approval
The process is easy. After your order and artwork are received, we will complete your label. We will send you a final PDF proof for your approval. Once sign-off is received, your order will be processed and shipped. Only one round of changes is included in the price. Each additional round is billed at an hourly rate of $40/hr.
